This plate looks and feels indestructible while only weighing in at 2.2 pounds! Our Stinger will stop “light-duty” rifle fire including .223,  5.56, 300 BO, 7.62×39, including handgun and shotgun rounds. This plate is a great backpack insert option for your existing backpack, for protection wherever you may be. We offer this plate in the standard 10×12 shooter profile size. This plate has been extensively tested to MIL-SPEC M193 BALL 5,56 testing standard.
