This upper features a 9” M-LOK rail that can be used to attach M-LOK rail accessories giving you the ability to customize your build to suit your needs. Includes bolt carrier group and charging handle. Comes installed with the Palmetto State Armory Fluted Flash Can that is designed to direct the muzzle gases and muzzle flash forward and away from the shooter. This device is not designed to reduce recoil, muzzle rise, or flash.
